Our Approach to Privacy
Grow a Garden Calculator is a free fan-made tool site for Roblox players. We built this site to help players calculate crop values, plan trades, and understand game mechanics — not to collect data. This privacy policy explains clearly and honestly what information, if any, is collected when you visit and use our tools.
The short version: You do not need to create an account, log in, or give us any personal information to use any tool on this site. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers for targeting purposes. Standard anonymous analytics may run to help us improve the site.

Information We Collect
We separate information into two categories: information you actively provide, and information collected automatically through normal site operation.
Information you actively provide
The only way you would actively provide personal information to this site is by contacting us via email at ethanmillergag@gmail.com. In that case, we receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and do not add it to any marketing list or share it with any third party.
No other form on this site collects personal information. There is no sign-up form, no newsletter subscription, no account creation, and no payment form of any kind.
Information collected automatically
When you visit any page on this site, standard web server logs and analytics tools may automatically collect the following non-personal, anonymous data:
- Pages you visit and how long you spend on each page
- General geographic location — country and sometimes city level only, never precise address
- The type of browser and operating system you are using
- The device type — desktop, tablet, or mobile

This data is aggregated and anonymous. It tells us things like “200 people visited the pet calculator today from the United Kingdom using mobile devices.” It does not tell us who any specific visitor is.
Calculator inputs
Values you enter into the calculator tools — crop names, weights, mutation selections, pet ages — are processed entirely in your browser. They are not transmitted to our servers and are not stored or logged anywhere. Once you close or refresh the tab, those inputs are gone.

The anonymous analytics data described above is used for one purpose only: to understand how the site is being used so we can improve it. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. Full stop.
The only scenarios in which any data associated with your visit might be shared with a third party are:
- Anonymous aggregated analytics data shared with analytics service providers for the sole purpose of processing that data on our behalf
- Standard server log data processed by our hosting provider as part of hosting services
- In the event we are required by law to disclose information in response to a valid legal request — in which case we would comply with applicable law and, where legally permitted, notify you of such a request
None of these scenarios involve selling or commercially exploiting your data in any way.
Data Retention
Anonymous analytics data is retained by our analytics provider for the period specified in their data retention settings, which is typically between 14 and 26 months. Aggregated summary data with no individual-level information may be retained longer for historical comparison purposes.
Email messages sent to our contact address are retained for as long as necessary to respond to and resolve the matter raised, after which they may be deleted or archived. We do not maintain a long-term database of user communications.
Calculator inputs entered in your browser are never transmitted to our servers and therefore are not retained by us at any point. They exist only in your browser session and are cleared when you close the tab.
Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable privacy law — including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area, and various state privacy laws for users in the United States — you may have certain rights regarding your personal data.
Because this site collects minimal personal data to begin with, these rights are straightforward to exercise:

Children’s Privacy
Grow a Garden is a Roblox game that is played by users of all ages including children under 13. This site is designed as a general-purpose fan resource and does not intentionally collect any personal information from children or any other users.
Because no account creation is required and no personal information is collected through normal site use, this site does not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age in any way that would trigger obligations under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to this site through a contact method, please email us at ethanmillergag@gmail.com and we will promptly delete that information.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the site and any data processed through it from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. The site uses HTTPS encryption for all pages, which means data transmitted between your browser and this site is encrypted in transit.
However, no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Given that this site collects no sensitive personal information through normal use, the practical risk to users is minimal.
